Our Passion
We have made a commitment to ELEVATE young women between the ages of 14-22 years old. Utilizing mindfulness and a social-emotional approach to learning, Elevate ALL will EMPOWER young women with the positive experiences, tools, skills and growth mindset that will alter their trajectory exponentially.
We have used consistent methods applied over decades to achieve the same outcomes; and those outcomes show up as increased: Confidence, Sense of Belonging, Student Voice, Leadership, Family Engagement and overall Safe Spaces for young women to Grow and be their Authentic Selves.
Our Story
Elevate ALL is a community impact organization founded by veteran educator, consultant, and coach Lacetia Walker, designed to build inclusive pathways for young women and families across schools, communities, and system-involved settings.
Grounded in nearly 40 years of practice, Elevate ALL centers youth voice, confidence, wellness, and leadership through relationship-driven, experiential programming. From parent academies and overnight lock-ins to youth showcases, wellness initiatives, and leadership pipelines, Elevate ALL transforms moments into lasting impact—proven by decades-long relationships and measurable outcomes.

“I didn’t set out to build a brand. I set out to make sure that young people, especially those who weren’t always celebrated—felt seen, confident and capable. Over 36 years in education and community work, I have learned that the moments youth remember the most aren’t grades or test. They’re the moments when someone believed in them, created space for their voice and expanded how they saw themselves. Elevate ALL was created to formalize that work—so it could reach more girls, more families and more communities without losing its heart.

The Elevate UP training experience is one of a kind. It's filled with high energy processes and healing humor all presented in a collabroative work culter fostering a growth mindset.
Goal setting, creating a group vision board and an accountability follow-up, to set change in motion are some of the many activities that you can expect from the "Elevate UP Movement".

Improve the self-esteem of young women while bringing awareness to its connection to mental health, utilizing a plethora of strategies to support and be supported mentally, physically and emotionally during the process. Our goal is to a create a MOVEMENT of self-love, self-care and caring for one another.
